Cost: $100

The program involves the following components:

  • Speed Training – A focused approach to develop proper mechanics and power for sprinting.
  • GPS Data Tracking – Utilizing advanced technology to monitor and analyze the athletes’ performance, including speed, power, and other relevant metrics.
  • Change of Direction and Coordination – Tailored exercises specifically designed to improve agility and coordination, with a focus on soccer.
